Our Story
Baoshi's story began in the summer of 2015 with the opening of Gold Marquess Fine Chinese Cuisine, a banquet-style restaurant nestled in the heart of Pembroke Pines. This family-operated kitchen became a local favorite.
After several thriving years, a new chapter was ready to unfold. The next generation sought to bring a fresh and exciting twist to their culinary offerings. Noticing that the trendiest spots were concentrated far along the east coast of Fort Lauderdale and Miami, the founders envisioned something unique for their own neighborhood in west Broward.
Thus, Baoshi Food Hall + Bar was born—an Asian food hall curated to transport diners on a vibrant culinary journey through the diverse flavors of Asia. This hidden gem, aptly named 宝石 (Bǎoshí), captures the essence of bustling Asian street markets under one expansive roof. Our mission is to provide a variety of authentic Asian flavors that excite your taste buds in a vibrant and convenient environment close to you.
